Terms of Sale and Use

Please carefully read these Terms and Conditions before purchasing any PRINT2GO products at www.Print2Go.com (the “Website”). By purchasing PRINT2GO products on the Website, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions of Sale.
Your Account
When you create an account with PRINT2GO, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password and for restricting access to your computer to prevent unauthorized access to your account. You agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account or password. Please take all necessary steps to ensure that the password is kept confidential and secure. Inform us immediately if you have any reason to believe that your password has become known to anyone else, or if the password is being, or is likely to be, used in an unauthorized manner. Ensure that the details you provide us with are correct and complete and inform us immediately of any changes to the information that you provided when you registered.
The Website only sells products to individuals who can purchase with a credit card/debit card. If you are under 13, you may use the Website only with the express permission and supervision of a parent or guardian. PRINT2GO reserves the right to refuse access to the Website, terminate accounts, remove or edit content, or cancel orders at its discretion. If we cancel an order, it will be without charge to you.
Privacy
Please review our Privacy Policy which also governs your visit to the Website to understand how PRINT2GO uses your information.
Our Contract
When you place an order to purchase a product from the Website, we will send you an email confirming your order and containing the details of your order (the “Order Confirmation Email”). The Order Confirmation email is an acknowledgement that we have received your order and does not confirm acceptance of your offer to buy the product(s) ordered. We only accept your offer and conclude the contract of sale for a product ordered by you, when we dispatch the product to you and send an email confirmation to you that we’ve shipped the product to you (the “Shipping Notification Email”) or that your product is ready for pick-up (the “Your Order Is Ready Email”).
Your contract is with PRINT2GO. PRINT2GO will retain the title in the products until full payment has been made by you and has been received by PRINT2GO. PRINT2GO reserves the right to hold any orders after the Shipping Notification Email has been sent out, for internal review. In the event that PRINT2GO is unable to supply the products in your order due to stock availability, the order will be cancelled, and a refund processed. PRINT2GO reserves the right to hold any orders prior to shipping for security review. PRINT2GO offers free local pick up at Print2Go locations or flat shipping cost within Canada.
Delivery Estimates
When you place an e-commerce order or an Account order with Print2Go.com we do everything we can to produce, ship/pickup, and have your order delivered to you as quickly as possible. Please note that our cut-off shipping time is 2 PM EST.
PRINT2GO does not guarantee at any time a certain delivery date or time frame for delivery for any product or order. Any listed time for a shipping method is an estimate only. We estimate that most products will ship 3 days from proof approval or 5 business days from the time Apparel proofs are approved. Exceptions to the above shipping estimate may occur when large orders are made. PRINT2GO also reserves the right to choose a different shipping carrier per order to ensure the best possible service.
Delivery Zones, Timeframes & Exceptions
We endeavour to deliver all products you have ordered within the time period specified on our website. Note that during exceptionally busy periods (e.g., Christmas) or when the weather is particularly inclement, please allow an additional day before raising a query. If your order has not been received within our specified timeframes (above), please check with your local Courier OnSite to see that they are not holding your parcel. If they confirm that they do not have your products, contact the PRINT2GO Production Centre or call help 647-556-5837, Ext 6.
All shipping and processing timeframes and/or shipping methods listed on Print2Go.com are to be considered estimates and are not guaranteed. Please note that during the holiday season, due to volumes, shipping timelines may be delayed on the part of couriers who experience a larger than normal volume of parcels. PRINT2GO is in no way responsible for delays on the part of the courier and cannot be held accountable for their delays.
Order Tracking
We will update your order with a tracking number as soon as it becomes available.
Damaged & Undelivered Packages
If the product arrives damaged, please contact the PRINT2GO Production Centre Email support@print2go.com within 24 hours. We may ask you to provide us with pictures or return the item within 48 hours of receipt. We will then issue a refund or replace the damaged product. Please keep the item(s) and its packaging in case they’re required for the claim assessment.
Satisfaction Guarantee & Returns
Customer satisfaction is important to our team at PRINT2GO. If for any reason you are not happy with your PRINT2GO products, please contact the PRINT2GO customer service so that we can assist you in the exchange or refund of your order.
Instructions will be provided to ship your return (shipping costs are at the customer’s expense). PRINT2GO will cover the cost of replacing the product. If you are still not 100% satisfied, contact us to return the product (return shipping costs are at the customer’s expense). At this point, a refund will be made of the original purchase (shipping expenses are not reimbursed).
Discrepancies
If there are any discrepancies with your order, you must notify us within 2 working days of receipt. If you have been shipped the incorrect goods then please do accept our apologies. Any replacements will be sent to you at no extra cost to yourself.
Feedback And Complaints Policy
We welcome any comments about our service so that we can continuously improve. Our aim is to deal with any problems quickly and fairly. If you have a reason to share feedback, contact the customer service & email, stating clearly that you are making a complaint or sharing feedback. Our aim is to respond to your complaint within 7 working days, either resolving the complaint or with a timeframe for resolution.
Pricing and Availability
All prices quoted are exclusive of HST unless otherwise specified. All item prices are exclusive of delivery charges.

We reserve the right to make changes to our Website, policies, and these Terms and Conditions of Sale at any time. Your usage of the Website and your orders will be subject to the policies and Terms and Conditions of Sale in force at the time that you use the Website or that you order products from us, unless any change to those policies or these conditions is required to be made by law or government authority (in which case it will apply to orders previously placed by you). If any of the provisions of these Terms and Conditions of Sale are deemed invalid, void, or for any reason unenforceable, that condition will be deemed severable and will not affect the validity and enforceability of the remaining conditions.
Events Beyond Our Reasonable Control
PRINT2GO will not be held responsible for any delay or failure to comply with our obligations under these Terms and Conditions of Sale if the delay or failure arises from any cause that is beyond our reasonable control. This condition does not affect your statutory rights.
Waiver
If you breach these Terms and Conditions and we take no action, we will still be entitled to use our rights and remedies in any other situation, or in the same situation at a different time, where you breach these conditions.
Promotional and Referral Program Offers
PRINT2GO may choose to offer promotions or special discounts to customers and/or customer groups. Offers entitled customers to a specified discount on the original price of selected items (The “Offer”).
Each discount is applied up to a maximum dollar limit as indicated in the fine print of the Offer. The Offer is valid to customers only purchasing directly from PRINT2GO. Offers exclude delivery charges and taxes. Offers cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotional codes. Offers may not be applied retrospectively or in combination with any other offer or discount. PRINT2GO reserves the right to terminate or change any Offer without notice.
Specific terms, conditions, and expiration dates will apply to each offer and will be outlined where the offer or promotional code is published (within PRINT2GO marketing emails, on Print2Go.com or other promotional and advertising channels).
